Sharon has felt an attraction for gems and stones for many years and continually educates herself on their quality, vitality and versatility.  While on a Santa Fe, New Mexico sabbatical in early 2003, Sharon developed a fascination for combining these gemstones with precious metals, pearls, and crystals.  She returned to her home in Texas with zeal, immersed herself in creating artistic jewelry, and thus JewelsElite was born.  Sharon has developed her own style of singularly unique creations of wearable art.  With encouragement from those who see and wear her jewelry, she had her first exhibit in December 2003 at Cliff House Studio and Gallery, a resounding success. Sharon continues to display and sell her creations at various soirees, exhibits, gallery shows, and trunk sales.
